Why us

Consultants, not a form-filling service

The cheapest quote in your inbox is usually a certificate printer with no consultant attached.

Fixed fee, itemised

Our charge and the certification body's are quoted separately. Nothing appears after the audit.

One accountable consultant

The person who scopes your project is the person who sits in your audit.

Start with nothing

Most clients arrive with just a registration certificate. We draft the rest around how you work.

Diarised afterwards

Surveillance audits and renewals are tracked for you, so the certificate never lapses quietly.

Our export client demanded ISO 9001 in six weeks. The gap analysis landed in three days and we cleared the audit with zero major non-conformities.

How long does certification take?

Most small and mid-sized organisations complete in three to six weeks: documentation in week one, internal audit and corrective actions next, then the certification audit. Regulated standards like ISO 13485 usually take longer.

What does it cost?

Cost depends on standard, headcount and number of sites. We quote a single fixed fee covering consultancy, documentation and audit coordination — the certification body fee is stated separately so you can see exactly what you pay.

Is ISO certification legally mandatory?

No. ISO standards are voluntary. What makes them effectively compulsory is demand — government and PSU tenders, export buyers, enterprise vendor onboarding and contractor pre-qualification routinely require the certificate before they will deal with you.

We don't know which standard we need.

That is the most common enquiry we get. Pick Not sure yet in the form. On the call we ask what you make or deliver and who is asking for the certificate, and map it to the right standard — often it is simply ISO 9001.

Is the certificate accredited?

We work with accredited certification bodies and will tell you the accreditation mark on your certificate before you commit, so it stands up to any client or tender check.
